Furniture is less than 4 1/2 years old. Couch fabric splitting and flaking. I’ve already replaced the loveseat once. All they say is it’s no longer under warranty and then suggested I put a blanket over it. 😡
I just recently bought a couch with chaise. I love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be getting something else.
I bought several things from Lott but the latest thing was our Sterns and Foster mattress that we love!!! Danny Smith and Matilda took good care of us!😉
