We installed this Ranch Hand Truck Accessories Accessories front bumper on the F350 dump from the other day. This beast took 3 men to install. No doubt this thing will save a life in a front end collision. This is what we need on our family vehicle on the country roads for the deer. Another load of Undercover tonneau covers ready to go. We have covers for all late model trucks up to 2018. I do not have any new body GM and Ram trucks though. I have some in the factory people finish, some are coated in LINE-X, and some are painted. If I’ve coated them they are perfect, otherwise they have minor scratches. So here it is finished. Finally. The dump body exterior and toolboxes were finished in LINE-X Protective Coatings standard bedliner material with Premium UV stable topcoat so it will remain a nice brilliant black. You can see I didn’t apply material to the floor. We don’t coat the floor because it would make it harder for the materials they haul to slide out. All set in POR-15, Inc. Paint over rust paint. This stuff is designed to be painted on a rusty surface. I prefer to sandblast to bare metal and after it flash rusts you paint this on. We let it sit over night then lightly sand the surface with 80 grit to give it a great surface to promote adhesion with the LINE-X material.
This is a dump truck we took in that belongs to a long time customer. The truck doesn’t have a lot of miles and is in good condition but the steel dump bed is getting really bad. He’s trying to be proactive and spend some money having us refinish the bed so he can get his full value out of this truck and not spend 60-70k on a new one. We sent it down to Prism Painting in Schererville here and they blasted the complete top and bottom of the bed bringing it to white metal so we would have a proper surface to do our thing. #lip... read more
Anybody looking for 1 piece easy removable tonneau covers. We have a huge selection of scratched units. Most have minor scratches and those that don’t we are coating with a LINE-X premium coating. Well we’ve never shot anything in white LINE-X before so instead of starting out small we decide to do it on a rocker panel job. The rockers turned out well, we learned a few things in the process and the customer loved it. Not sure how it will look once it hits the road but we put a ton of clear on it to hopefully make it easy to maintain. LINE-X Protective Coatings #linex
