Loved the vibe last Sunday listening to Dixon, KiNK, Danny Daze and the rest of the lineup. Was my first party ever in America and hope I will be back for more events like this!
We just held our Inaugural CicLAvia Fundraiser at LOT 613. I did not hear one single complaint the entire day. I did, however, hear from many people what a great space they thought it was. If we choose to have our fundraiser somewhere else next year, it will be a challenge to top this.

Attended the first CicLAvia fundraiser at this space. Loved it! Ample space indoors and outdoors to be creative and allow for great access. Bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Bar area centrally located. Yes, parking a challenge but welcome to LA! Would gladly use for an event or return.
The space is ideal for gigs and events. Enjoyed my time at this venue, wish parking would've been easier though.
Not for the ADA. Do not book please. Unforgettable
