Bought a car a week ago, next day had problems starting it - we fixed that - 3 days after that now have a major oil leak which I am being told is the oil pan or rear main seal ... now today a check engine light .... worst car I have ever bought !!! Incredibly disappointed in the quality of this vehicle.. obviously their check of used cars before being sold is a myth
had my car LESS than 30 days, motor went out & they didnt want to fix it nor put me in a new car... didnt want to give my money back or even work anything out after they told me they will put me in a new car... in the process of taking them to court & RON is very rude

The guys at Lot 31 are very welcoming and make u feel like you hanging out with the guys. They are on top of fixing anything if something was to happen to your car, and have great customer service. The owner is a little rough around the edges (jk) I send everyone I know to them who is in need of a car! I’ve been doing business with them for about 3 years now and I won’t go anywhere else! Lot 31 is amazing!! Great job guys!!
