Outstanding care We have been going to Lost Mountain Animal Hospital for over 15 years. We have always had good experiences. My dog loves the staff and the staff spoil him rotten. They always seem to be kind, sensitive, and helpful. The prices here always seem to be reasonable and in line with other vets.
Best Dog Care is at LMAH For quality, caring pet care, the best place to take your pets is Lost Mountain Animal Hospital. The staff couldn't be better -- they treat each pet as if it was their very own. Dr. Newsom is an excellent doctor and, in our dog's case, found a tumor that was overlooked by the specialists at Auburn. The care they provide to all 6 of our dogs is what keeps us coming back - the dogs love them!
Client since 2005 I have been taking my pets to Lost Mountain Animal Hospital since 2005. The Doctors there are very knowledgeable. I dont always have the funds to do everything they recommend, but I love that they always give me prices, and discuss treatment before they do anything. The staff members are always understanding and take great care of my pets!
Wonderful. We've been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Newsom for 14 years. Like most vets, the price of care is sometimes expensive, but you get what you pay for because the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, grooming is great, and everyone who works there seems to genuinely care about the animals at the hospital.
NEWSOM JUST WANTS $$$$$$ What a rip off! My appointment was at 10am and I THINK the doctor got there just before 11am and I finally saw her close to 11:30. Apparently the women out front got in some trouble about it because I heard the yelling from the little room I was in. I thought I would see the doctor then, but I had to answer questions from a tall woman and sign a price sheet with two sets of charges on it. VERY DISAPPOINTEDVNewsom Susan Dvm - Lost Mountain Animal Hospital is I started with this clinic in 1998 and they were wonderful to deal with. Prices were reasonable the care and attention my pets got was personal and great. I stayed with the clinic after it was sold, carried my pets there, and adopted three kittens. One of the adopted kittens (I was told) was a neutered male and I paid the adoption fee for the kitten with the neutering and the record clearly shows that it was neutered. Love, Love, Love LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lost Mountain Animal Hospital and all the staff. I have been a customer for about 5 years and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They have always shown my dogs love, kindness and compassion. My cavalier loves it there and he just leaps out of the car. I always know whether he is boarding, being groomed or seeing Dr. Newsome he is going to be cared for in the best manner. Great Place to take your animals I couldn't ask for a better office. Dr. Newsome is great! The staff members are all very friendly and professional. They never do anything without your permission. Every visit starts with a care plan so that you know what will happen to your animal. Did I mention The care plan includes the prices of every service, so there are no surprises when it comes time to pay. I will always take my animals here.
Best In Town We have been taking our dog here for 4 years, for medical tx and for boarding. We are extremely pleased with the care. They are all very professional in every way.
