I've been here since November and I am in love! Such a great place to live and the staff and residents are super friendly. Grounds are kept clean, � lots of events and goodies for residents, pet friendly, � and I feel comfortable and safe! I say it's Disney for adults lol LOVE IT!!��
A great place to stay....simply a resort to live...great management lovely breakfast great amenities....its always party here....Sunshine Apartments of a Sunshine state....me and my family are enjoying every bit of time spent here.
Very good apartment complex with great facilities like the gym, basketball court, and a large pool and patio area that is still spacious enough for a crowded day. There is a diverse mix of tenants, including students, couples, and families. Also, it is very close to shopping centers and public places like the St. John's Town Center, a Jax public library branch, and a variety of grocery/ household stores.
