Even though I no longer live there, some of my best memories came out of this complex! The amenities are out of this world and the staff is AMAZING!!! Thank you Kevin, Hannah, and Pam for an amazing year!!! I now live in Sarasota, or else I would still be there at Lost Lake!
I can honestly say that the LL property director, Kevin, really takes the time to help residents, inform them, and really Goes the extra mile to makes sure they are well taken care of. For example- today, I had a package delivered to my door, after calling the office to see if it was delivered to the office, Kevin offered to get the package from my Door and hold it in the office . The walls are paper thin and the NEW management is nonexistent. There are a number of resort style living apartment communities in the area. This isn’t one of them.
Great place with tons of amenities!
I love it here! My favorite part is the hot tub! And ofcourse working on my tan @ the pool!
me my wife and 2 children flew to jacksonville from england and stayed here for 3 months while my little girl was receiving proton treatment for a brain tumour and all i can say is THANK YOU � you guys were amazing the appartment was great as were the facilities we felt safe and couldnt fault lost lake in any way we met really friendly people who we still have contact with today. one day we will come back to this stunning place xxxx
