My husband and I received a gift certificate from a family member for two pinetrees. The certificate had May 1st written on it, but when I called on April 30th, he said there's no way they can dig up trees now. I tried to ask for an explanation since the certificate stated May 1st. He said it had to be used before and that we would have to wait till the fall. When I questioned him more, he said we could come in for a refund. When we got there he explained that he had to take 15% off due to already submitting it to his taxes ... read more
It was great looking around lots of trees to choose from and very nice and willing to help you with what you need. They even put a wrap around the tree for you for easily handling.
