Get directionsI had to stay here about two weeks ago and it was fairly decent. The only ones leaving poor reviews are people with attitude problems and were mad they could not act however they want. The food was the best part my only problem was with another patient who kept touching me.
Worst experience ever. ED was okay. This used to be a good hospital. Problems started soon after I was assigned a room. Asked for a gown. Got a lecture that I should have has one. Person made problem worse. I requested the patient advocate. Received a security guard and someone claiming to be a patient advocate. Instead of just giving me a gown, this person, instead of calming the situation made it worse. Never go there. It you do, take your own pajamas. They can't afford gowns or blankets or a friendly staff anymore.
I went in with a pain level of 10 and described all my symptoms to the Spring Hill ER. They then told me that it was a sore muscle. The doctor said a pain and muscle relaxer would bring relief. Received two shots and waited. After 30 minutes my pain was still at a 10, which I told the 4 medical people that were in the room. They seem to be perplexed and sent me home telling me that it would start to work soon. I went back two hours later with the same pain level. The same doctor then gave me a patch for the muscle. Which I s... read more

I went to Parkland Urgent Care in Salem NH in extreme pain...UTI plus suffering from back problems.. I was treated with such respect and empathy.. I love the whole staff there! Bridgette at the front desk, was so helpful and understanding, she made sure I was seen right away! Then Laura, RN, was so great...she calmed me down and took the time to listen. Had a great personality and I felt comfortable. Holly Cabell, NP was so awesome! She actually stayed with me and explained the medications..Kept me there to check on me f... read more
I do not recommend this hospital at ALL. Not just in the medical part of it, but in the compassion, communication, organization, patient customer service. Staff not documenting jewelry in a dead body and stealing your family member gold necklace that ambulance brought her with. Imagine your family member dies at 6:00 am, they call you wake you up to tell you, you in shock ask them to call you back when they have a chance. Has been 2 days we still have not heard from them, we even call the administration, that was my last hop... read more
MISDIAGNOSIS will end up costing weeks to recover. Dr. Roberta Dunn saw me for 5 minutes and proceeded to ruin the next month of my life, along with Dr. Phillip Glivar, a spine specialist, who read the CAT scan, making such cavalier decisions about a knee. Here are some bread crumbs doctors, Quack, Quack!!! It wasn't so much I was treated poorly in the ER, ignored yes. I have had one person tell me that 15 hours isn't an unusual amount of time, but for my injuries...? What really is WRONG was the misdiagnosis. I had a... read more
