I just want to note that there are a handful of good nurses who actually care about their patients and who aren’t there just for the paycheck, only a handful tho. Witnessed a nurse abuse a mentally ill patient while I was in here, the patients name was nikita ,I don’t have the nurses name wasn’t able to get it , this happened on September 10th Saturday at around 8:40 pm if anyone is able to check the cameras , she was night shift and seemed to be close friends with a nurse named Toni or Tina (can’t remember exactly her name) I don’t know where else to tell my side of the story I can’t find a survey to fill out anywhere for the hospital

Be aware this ER is just that...I was very sick and was under the impression this was a immediate med. Very different in pricing.. 700$ later, after they did nothing but take my temp and tell me they couldn't do a covid test....I was really sick, so my judgment probably not the best and got taken for a ride....its sad actually...I will forever never recommend this place..I saw a nurse for 10 min....but I guess thats how this place makes money....

This is a hospital from hEll. The nurses were not considerate towards the patients. I was recently a patient there. I would never, never, recommend it. The nurses did not answer the call lights. I was left to sit on the commode for 75 minutes. I had to actually yell for a nurse to come to help me. I had a heart procedure and had to lay flat for 9 hours. They brought me lunch and dinner but I couldn't feed myself. I am diabetic and needed to eat. One nurse fed me 5 or 6 bites of supper but she had to leave for the day. My n... read more

I was there on 8/7/21 and the doctor made me feel like I faking it even though I knew there was pain.I see a specialist on 8/10/21 and know they will find something.

Trying to get an update on my mother this morning, Here is what happenned: Their website said there was 0 minutes waiting in the ER. The operator transferred me to the ER, it rang for over 70 seconds. someone picked it up and clearly hung up! I called back, the operator transferred me once again to ER. Again at 55 seconds, they picked up and hung up! I called again and shared with the operator that they hung up. She said she would try. Much to my surprise someone answere. -DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER TO ANYONE- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When my girlfriend was at Blake they fucked up so damn bad she went in having incredible abominable pain which she has kids at home all she wanted was the pain to stop and get home, the man in charge not only gave her the wrong diagnosis telling her she had appendicitis then came in the next day saying she was perfectly fine, and dis charged her, before that had happened that dumb ass said she was faking the pain calling her liar and a wast... read more

My Grand-daughter wants more than anything to be an RN. She was over the moon to get a job at Blake. She was told $17 an hour as an RN intern. She got there and it was $13 an hour and the staff treated her like she was beneath them. She understands that every medical person has to clean up a sick patient. She was ok with that, but fetching and only cleaning messy patients, not learning anything or had a mentor who cared about her goals to be "one of them". Now she would never work in a hospital.
