Such a terrible experience. Waited 12 1/2 hours in pain, in a wheel chair, in the reception area over night. Didn’t get pain medicine for even longer, no beds available and none knew anything. Plus, the nurse lied about the doctors where about a for 18hours, so I called his office directly, then he came. When the doctor did come the nurse didn’t listen to him and give the proper pain medicine. Such a horrible accident and a horrible experience at this hospital made the trauma that much worse.
Worst hospital ever! My husband had a bad fall off a ladder and had to take a ambulance for treatment. We live an hour away and he has never been there before. They didn’t take down any of his information correctly, and spelled his name wrong on the prescriptions with no address. Our local pharmacy couldn’t fill the prescriptions without the correct info, so he spent all day calling trying to get someone to help. The ER is a complete joke! Poorly ran, zero communication, the staff really doesn’t care. I will NEVER EVER come here again!!!!
Where you go to die. Unattended, uncared for, kept from family and friends.
They lost my whole patient file within 24 hours of service and never called in my prescription stating i had to come back for a whole new revaluation for help.

Atrocious! On 10/26/2000 I came to ER with minor cut on my face. They put two stitches, doctor insisted on CT scan which showed nothing wrong and they said I can go home. I have the Kaiser Advantage insurance which includes Medicare. I am 75 years old. My plan has $50.00 co-pay for ER. Nobody asked me to pay at the exit. On 11/29/2020 I received bill from Los Robles hospital for $5000.00. I called Kaiser agent who contacted Los Robles accounting and agent said the problem fixed.
