Due to his office staff making a clerical error causing a $25 bill to go to my ex-husband, I never saw it. Dr. Hirsch kicked my Mother out of the office for a $25 overdue bill. While the office staff apologized, I never returned. Dr. Hirsch wouldn't allow me, or his staff explain what happened. My mother was watching my son while I was traveling for work. My Mom took my son to the Los Robles ER for care.

Dr. Hirsch Is the best! Our family has had an issue that nobody has ever been able to accurately diagnose until Dr. Hirsch. He's always very engaged. Even when I ask him questions regarding "old wives tales" he's never dismissive of condescending. I wish he could be my doctor!
