Awful landlord Very unprofessional, never sends notice for maintenance, never cleans up on weekends, wants it to be so quiet you can hear a pin drop, enforces the law outside of the apartment complex, leaves nasty notes at your door, and in your text messages, doesn’t reply to personal complaints, will blame you if you know her and someone above you or under you is making noise, always has workers there making noise at 7 am
Love this apartment I just moved out of Los Robles and I can't miss it more. The office manager is amazing and took care of me. Repair requests are always accommodated and on time. The location is AMAZING. I walked everywhere and the neighborhood is safe. The only thing that I have to dock off is that the apartment is always under construction (remodeling), so there will be noise once in awhile. But hey, at least you know it will be new :) Don't hesitate to live here
Perfect Place We’ve lived here for 7 years and enjoyed every moment of it. It’s a nice, clean, and safe place with a perfect location. The management is very responsive and reacts very fast to any maintenance request any day of the week. The cleanings all over the community were significantly increased since the pandemic. The owners and management always look for ways to improve the living experience of the residents by renovating the community amenities and adding more to them. Highly Recommending this place.
Nice apartment in a great area Have really enjoyed living here. The location is convenient to all Pasadena has to offer, and it doesn't take long to get to the freeways. Very quiet, except for occasional construction sounds due to ongoing renovations. It is a nice place to live and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Pasadena. Management is very nice, helpful, and responsive to any issues/repairs.
Great apartment I enjoy my stay here. The apartment is quiet, safe, and cozy. The price is decent. The APT quickly responds to repair requests, has a convenient and safe mail delivery service (I love luxer.one!), and well-equipped facilities. The office manager is very nice. She takes care of me a lot. I love her! The only little defect is that in summer, I can hear air conditioning noise on the roof when I sleep. But I am fine with it.
Awesome place to stay with family We had pleasant stay in this apartment. Very spacious and luxury rooms with economic budget.very near to all stores , schools and main connectivity. Friendly management, they will support all way. We loved this home.

Ok I've never gotten an initalized call back from them . Everytime I've left messages, I have to call back, they have NEVER called me back. I was highly considering moving in and left a message almost two weeks ago now about starting the process. Since no one will call me back ever, I've decided to go elsewhere. During the tour, they were very helpful in answering questions but the customer service is definitely lacking unfortunately.

Amazing I love it here! The manager has been handling the COVID situation amazingly and with great precaution. The area is very peaceful and the apartments are CLEAN. I would highly recommend moving in!
Literally advertised the wrong price Never have I applied to an apartment only to be later contacted that the listing was off by $1,000, until I applied at Los Robles. Be careful about what they're advertising before submitting an application. If they can't even get the price correct, makes you wonder what else management tends to forget. I appreciated the meaningless hard inquiry on my credit file though!
