rolling oaks, apt 232. just moved in and had a couple of issues. charlie is really nice and has good skills. he and his partner fixed several items at one time visit. very efficient and good communications. highly recommended.
Living here for almost 10 years I’ve seen the ownership/policies change a few times… not always for the best in all areas. But one thing that has always been top notch is the maintenance response team and their friendliness and professionalism. Charlie is always kind and timely and handles business and takes care of us whenever something breaks or needs repair! With a smaller maintenance and grounds staff I know how difficult it must be to keep up on everything - and Charlie and Jose have both always been on top of everythin... read more
