Five stars for Charlie! We had a water pipe burst and were freaking out, we have a little baby at home and were worried about water damage and potential for mold. Charlie was calm, professional and took care of everything. This place is nice but just like any other complex has its issues (old buildings, water pressure, loud neighbors), but it is people like Charlie that make this place of choice. Thanks!
