Wow .. came for dinner at 9:30 yes I know they are closed in a half hour. But was rudely greeted at the door saying nope no dinner we already cleaned up. Then why would you say you're open until 10!?! Love going here and HATED the way we were treated tonight. ...

The staff was friendly. The prices were fair. After that it was down hill. Took forever to get our drink order, and even longer to get our food. A family of 4, just like us walked in and was seated at the exact same time as us, they ate, paid and left before we even got our food. The food was miserable. We have a picky kid who got the pizza which was the size of a silver dollar (ok 2 silver dollars) , i got ths chile relleno & taco combo, the chile relleno was filled with what looked like wet dog food and tasted what i imagi... read more
Every time we go they have horrible service, but okay food. Tonight their service was the worse we have ever had and they tried to overcharge our bill 2 different times! Definitely sticking with El Rancherito all they way, at least we know they will be good servers!
Never a dull moment at Los Rancheros Dekalb! They have great food, the best margaritas, and the staff is wonderful. Next time you go in ask for Rudy, he's the best!
We love this place. Very good food, service and the bedt margaritas anywhere.
