Placed an order for pickup. Drove 12 miles. Got all the way home and it was not my order. When I called for a refund, the manager denied my request. He was arrogant and rude. Never again!
Returned to Los Portales after four years. Incredible service by all, especially Mario, Juan and Maria. Congratulations! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and generous, scrumptious fare all the time. No disappointments here. They moved from Southside in Jax to this location and the standard of service is still amazing. Congratulations to the staff. If you love Mexican fare, get here soon. All the best!
Visited for the first time. Food was delicious. Plenty of chips and salsa. Good vegetarian fajitas! Yummy fried ice cream enough to share.
