It is the best.
Staff is very friendly, and get to know you on your regular visits. FOOD IS wonderful, my favorite is Chile Verde, Chips and salsa, and a happy hour Margaritas will keep you coming back!
Fantastic food at Portales. Ordered a carne asada burrito, it was excellent ! The home made flour tortillas are to die for. The service is super nice & friendly. Cannot wait to come back !
