The times I've been there have been very nice..The food has always been delicious..The employees always so nice..Never have had or noticed anyone having problems with their orders..Very nice & clean place..Always seems full with customers. All In All..Always Has Been A Very Pleasant Experience..This Is Why My Friends & I Love Going Back..

This is a great place! Waitresses were very kind to have a table for 8 ready after a few minutes for our Segovia family reunion meeting. Thank you Los Portales Restaurant.
This place sucks ass !!!! Big time hostess sat us gave us the menus... Waitress came after 10 minutes to take our order for drinks, many minutes later our drinks horchata and Jamaica arrived drinks were hot and 2 pieces of ice on glass !! Waitress took our order food took forever to arrive to our table, food was nasty tasting, my carnitas plate was nasty, hard pieces of pork, rice hard nasty, this place way overpriced n food nasty.
