Very bad customer service. First, I waited on the line for a long time to speak to someone. Then they told me the closest appointment they have is in 2 months. After I talked to my primary care doctor, they called me back and offered an appointment within 15 minutes. I asked if they had any other time tomorrow or the day after, they told me they didn't.
