While I had a minor operation, the staff were very helpful and informative. The whole process went very smoothly. Excellent!
I just came back from a root canal performed by Dr Lawrence Puccinelli and have been very satisfied by my experience. I am a high anxiety patient who could not lie down or place a rubber dam and was thinking of using IV options. Till I met Dr Puccinelli who saw how I could crane my head in the sitting position for him to access the tooth. He calmed my nervousness saying he cld do it sitting and wld work with me. Dr. Puchenelli is a true professional and every sense of the word. Explained what the problem was and how he wanted to proceed. After several visits He successfully saved a tooth that another Dentist said had to be removed. This is my Dentist for life.
Really sharp endodontist. Had many questions and he had a professional answer for all of them. He seems to be a maverick in his field. Highly recommend him.
