I had a root canal by Dr. Lawrence Puccinelli, DDS and paid $ 2000 cash. The dentist told me very clearly “ I put a temporary filling, come back in 6 months, after my post procedure visit go back to your general dentist for a new crown or permanent filling”. His office made the appointment per his order on spot in my presence. After 4 months I started having pain.
