Getting an appointment with doctors at Sutter Health Los Gatos has been a nightmare. Appointments are typically 3–4 months out, which is completely unreasonable. Even when referred to the Mountain View office, the wait times are just as bad. My previous PCP never returned calls or followed up, even after I left multiple messages and voicemails regarding a required post-surgery visit—which to this day never happened. All staff member were kindly, clean & no long wait.
Very very poor experience at the lab ! Brought my toddler for blood work here and the lab girls ( two of them ) could not find the vein of my kid to draw the blood ; my kid cried and cried while I was holding her down so they could work but no they just couldn't find it ! The only excuse they both gave me is that " your kid is stressed out " while the reality is that they could not do their job ; please please parents if you are reading the reviews here - DO NOT bring your little ones here ! I had a very disappointing experience with Mark Sun’s office during my visit on May 19 for Us Pelvic and Transvag Non Ob visit. While the medical services themselves were straightforward, I was appalled to find an additional “medical service fee” of $1187 added to my bill without any prior disclosure or explanation. This charge is completely unreasonable, especially since these services are already covered under standard CPT codes. Great and knowledgeable medical staff and good parking but I’d avoid this location. If you want to be publicly berated while getting a C-section mother and 8 day newborn checked in because 17 traffic was a nightmare that day, this is the place for you. If not, you’ll be better served going to PAMF’s other locations in Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, or Mountain View where staff can be empathetic.
