The location is great! It's quiet and peaceful area! But one of the key reasons I chose this apartment complex was the presence of a private playground on the premises, as I have a small child. However, I’ve encountered a frustrating issue: despite a clear "NO DOGS ALLOWED" sign, residents constantly bring their dogs onto the playground. Even worse, they don’t clean up after them. Good spacing and location, minimal amenities, surprised and confused how the water bill (water heating, trash, sewer, water) went from $99 a month to $132 per unit in a span of 9 months?? I know we have a pool but who is using that much resources? May consider to move out because of this insane rate they have going on.
I put in a request for a roto-rooting of my bathtub which had started to back-up and needed unclogging. This is typically a 10 minute job. The maintenance man arrived promptly at 9:00 am the following morning and removed the overflow plate below the faucet. Unfortunately he accidentally snapped a pipe which he informed me was very old and brittle. He then informed me that he needed to call his supervisor to inspect the damage and assess the situation. Give Brandon in the leasing office a raise. Really cheerful, great communicator, and knowledgable about how the systems work. He got timely answers from other areas of the company and accurately sketched out solutions to the problems I was having. For whatever other issues/challenges the place may present, Brandon was patient, kind, and dogged in helping me with setting up accounts and solving problems arising from a pretty confusing website.
