Although the people that work at the Los Feliz Property Management are nice and professional, the owner of the property doesn't really care or know about managing the property and protecting the peace and safety of the residents. Naturally, they want their money and don't care if they uphold the lease agreement by providing a safe and peaceful environment. It's an old property and it shows. There is no safety here. Terrible communication with tenants and an elderly aggressive manager who yells at tenants in home instead of fixing basic issues. Makes reporting issues in the home stressful bc the manager who shows up is verbally abusive. Have reported over the years and they continue to employ him despite several tenants voicing concern
