Dr. Rilling is truly one of the best podiatrists in Los Angeles. I’ve seen him multiple times for ingrown toenail procedures, and every experience has been excellent. He is incredibly skilled, gentle, and takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and fully informed throughout the entire process. After being misdiagnosed at the ER after a fall with a sprained ankle, I went to see Dr. Rilling and found out I actually had a fractured ankle. Dr. Rilling and his staff are all very kind, and understanding. He made my experience feel safe, and made sure I received the best care possible for my 8 week recovery for fractured ankle. I’m so happy I found Dr. Rilling! I walked into his office with a very painful, infected ingrown toenail and was immediately greeted by the friendliest front desk staff. Everyone in the office made me feel so comfortable, and Dr. Rilling was just as kind and professional. During my first visit, he explained that because the nail was infected, we had to stage it. Great office and people And location (next to everything on Hillhurst) Used new tech on my plantar wart - got rid of it super fast and with no recovery time or treatment at home. Have recommended to friends already.
Dr. Rilling was fantastic! He took his time, listened to my concerns, informed me of what the issue was and came up with an effective plan. Terrific bedside manner. I was in so much pain for so long and with his expertise and knowledge I’m practically walking on a cloud. The relief is bliss! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
