Dr. Rilling and all the staff were very kind and welcoming to me. I went in three times, first a consultation, then the procedure and then finally a post-op check-in. Dr. Rilling was very detailed and comprehensive with the information he left me, and answered all my questions. He is very meticulous. He double-checked that I understood the operation, and everything that was going on with my toe. I came in with an ingrown toenail. I quite literally could not speak more highly of the care I received. From upon entering to exiting, I was cared for so aptly and kindly. The front staff was so friendly and informative. Dr. Rilling was incredibly kind, professional, and was more than happy to answer all my questions (I had many). He was so helpful and due to his help, I not only left with a practical treatment plan but confidence in his recommendations. I think I’ve written one of these already, but I’ll do it again because Dr. Rilling is terrific. He is the rare doctor who will take the extra time to make sure you’re getting the right care. I came in with an infected ingrown nail and he pulled out all the stops for me and stayed after hours. I’m on the mend now but feeling super grateful to have him in my corner.

I've been seeing Dr. Rilling for an ongoing issue for about a year now. He's always been amazing; friendly, professional, kind... The staff is great as well. They always remember me and their positive attitude enhances the experience so much. I honestly can't recommend this office enough. Wonderful folks
