Driving along Los Feliz Blvd yesterday and saw a huge sign advertising a "Special" price of $14.99 available Monday- Thursday so I decided to get my car washed. When I drove up I advised the attendant that I wanted the basic wash. He tried to upsell and told me that my back seats needed to be wiped and he could do the car wash plus clean the seats for $40.00. The (cheap) banner outside is misleading! It says $14.99 but it's only to wash your car outside, no interior cleaning! The other time I went there, they said it's too dirty I have to pay $40 to clean my SUV! The guy at the front desk doesn't want to stamp my loyalty card because "Due to Covid-19 he CANNOT touch what I touched but the he gave me a pen to sign and handed me a receipt! Shady people! Not going back! People beware!
Did a horrible job ☹️ waist of $30.00. The first red flag should've been the little guy who ask me what I wanted done and gave me the ticket, he doubled their posted rates. Never going there again

I hate this place. Said they were looking for me. My car didn't move for 45 mins. I was sitting in the waiting area the whole Fucken time.
Lousy car wash... I could have done a better job, paid 25 bucks to get my car still dirty, they didn't even bother to clean my windshield from the inside.. never again....
