Excellent Mexican Food at Unexpected Location This restuarant is located in a strip mall, so we never really considered eating there. However, we took the whole family and were quite surprised at the high-quality of food, good kid's menu (including smoothies) and the great service. We have since noticed that it is rather busy on weekends, but other than that would highly recommend this restaurant.
Hire people who speak spanish I heard this place is dope so I went. I got nachos bell grande. Our waitress couldnt speak a lick of english. I said no sour cream or guac cuz they both make me sick like on the toliet. Of course she brings out my food and it was just covered in that awful stuff. Naturally I threw a fit and told the lady to take it back. She did but because of her inability to learn the native language of the country shes in it came back with even more than before. I left unsatisfied

Inconsistent Service and Food We have been going to Los Dos Potrillos for years but have avoided it lately. Out friends from California wanted to go to an authentic Mexican restaurant and Los Dos seemed to fit the bill for a Saturday lunch. We waited 20 minutes to be seated (regulars seem to get seated earlier than others), then it took the waitress another 10 minutes to take our order. The Best Mexican Food in Colorado. My wife and I moved here from Arizona 3 yrs ago. We know good Mexican food. After a long search, we finally found the best Mexican food in Colorado at Los Dos Potrillos in Littleton. Excellent food, good value, great margaritas, and friendly staff. Cosmo, Alberto and Fernando treat us like family. We have to go at least once a week. On my way now.
Excellante! First time visitors to this restaurant. Great food and Margaritas. Be sure to get there before 6:00 for the Happy Hour. Nice ambiance, everyone very friendly. In a strip mall, but a really nice Mexican restaurant. We definitely will return! Muy Bueno!
