Machaca pizza was great today. It was hot enough to leave me sweating and didn't lose an ounce of flavor. They have mastered the art of spicy food and preserving great taste. I would recommend a cold beer to go with it though, or a margarita.
Order Carne Adovada taco or burro & you won’t be disappointed

It starts with the salsa and I like the Adovada Pork, The beans are nicely spiced, the margaritas, you can get them in fish bowl size - great on a hot day.
Its hard for me to find chicken stuffed sopapillas like I've had in Albuquerque. But this place does, and Im a happuet man for it.
