My wife and I like the food there and normally have a good experience there. Our service yesterday at the Clay road location was horrible. 1st of all our server was almost absent the whole time and seemed like he was In a daze and it was a slow night. We ordered a appetizer which was not brought out before our dinner or when our dinner was served. Food was excellent. We usually eat at Los Cucos in Seguin however this was our first time to this Los Cucos and the food was very good. (my only negative thought was the iced tea was a little weak) Service very good. We will go back.
This is our go-to place for great Mexican food. The fajitas are great, the seafood enchiladas are delicious, but my current favorite is the Carne Margerita. By the way, they have the BEST rice and it's even delicious as a cold leftover. (Ask them to smother it in Los Cucos sauce before taking it home.) And simply the BEST green salsa. EVER.
