Food is terrible & staff is worse. What more can I say.
Love the chain, just not this particular location. I had been coming here for years, but will not be going back. Management here blows as well as the bar staff, who all of a sudden decides to make some "two margarita rule" when I've literally been giving them business for many years when NOBODY is in the freakin place. . Took my business to Margarita and Peppers. Much nicer staff, better food and great HH. To hell with this location. ✌️out Cucos in Conroe, you SUCK!
I used to LOVE this place..but they have steadily been getting worse in food quality and service. I keep trying to give them just one more try, hoping it will be like it was before...but last night was the last one.. the food was DISGUSTING. the grilled shrimp and fish that were part of the platter was NASTY and smelled horrible. ONE look at the shrimp you could see it was NOT cooked more than a few seconds. Awful service. Had to beg for drinks and chips. Very slow and we were the only people in there because they just opened.
