The food is really good 😊 The service is awful, we were in there last night and it took forever to get a waiter and get drinks and food ordered. This happens every time we go there. We go during the week and it's never busy. Fire all wait staff or give policy violations until things straightened up
I love their food always good but I hate to say that any waiters and waitresses that we've ever had there are the MOST unfriendly of anywhere we eat. One particular waiter that we have had before and had him again yesterday is so UNFRIENDLY and RUDE!!!! We leave a 20% tip regardless, so that's nothing to do with their rudeness. I love their stuffed Jalepenos and Charro beans that's one of the reasons we like to go there.
My wife and I love to eat at Los cocos any chance we get no matter where we are. I am from Katy last week my wife and I were in Conroe so we decided to stop at this one on 2050 I-45 north Conroe. The food was excellent and the service wasn't too bad either. However the checkout experience was very surprising. The waiter added an additional $6 to what we had originally tipped. Food is good. Chips are always overcooked..we like their green salsa. Every time we come there we have something added to our bill that we didn't order or one time we didn't get correct change back on a cash purchase. It's understandable if this only happened once but this has happend at least 3 times. Check your recepts people.
I found the service great. Carla was very attentive. I just moved here after 42 years in Austin and great Texmex. Before that, San Antonio and dining at Mario's and MI Tiera's. If there is something you find missing, say something. Loved the Fajita enchi's.
We used to love the Los Cucos in Conroe, but the service there is SO HORRIBLE. The staff and servers literally stand around chatting with each other while you wait for...everything. We ordered chunky guacamole there recently and it looked like a toddler made it...a MESS. When I asked for it to be redone, the rude waiter re-did it exactly the same way. It wasn't even mixed up and was 90% cilantro. We've been there 1000 times but never again until there is new management and staff.
