Went tonight and server was sweet but the food was TERRIBLE! They didn't know the difference between beef gravy and chile con carne!! Even the manager was CLUELESS! It was ridiculous! Never going back. El Palenque on Louette is amazing. That's why the wait was long and Los Cucos Willowbrook was EMPTY!
The food is disgusting and the staff from the kitchen have no manners at all very rude and the manager well lets just said i never even met him or her never show up to the table not even to apologize this is the first time i write a review and its just because im so upset at this restaurant horrible horrible!!!!!
Our waitress was rude and only came to our table twice, food was great though, enjoyed my experience.
