We found this place on Yelp recently. My bf loves Mexican food he he swears it's the best in Island. I'm also a big fan. I did live in San Diego for 8 years so I'd have to say this place is pretty darn good! It's always busy so that's a big plus �
I am very picky with Mexican food as I grew up in Ok and TX. I heard about this place and had to try it. Absolutely very good and will not make me miss home... great staff and always busy so happy happy
Any one that know me knows that Mexican food is my weakness, I could have it 5 days a week. I travel for work and I've tried Mexican Restaurants all over the United States. Los Chaparros hands down moved into first place. Oh and did I mention I'm a F & B Manager and food quality is my business. The excellent service of the staff was undenied. And lastly, the Aenjo' Margarita was hand made. Can't wait to visit again.
