Sure, these are an affordable option in the middle of a nice neighborhood. However, I guarantee you can find nicer places at the same price in the area. Features of this wonderful complex: Roaches. A laundry room with expensive machines that you can only use by installing an app on your phone. They break constantly because some of your neighbors don't know how not to overload the washers (probably due to the high cost). I have been a resident of Los Arcos going on six years. The property was far more responsive before G&B took over. Phones unanswered, text messages ignored, voicemails not responded to. I am hopeful this is just a matter of growing pains but am becoming less hopeful by the day. Bad neighbors are ruining the peace of the property. The sticker is of a dog that mauled another resident.
Absolutely love it here and the managers and neighbors:) great quiet neighborhood. The managers are all very efficient and friendly!
