I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Two weeks ago I contacted them, provided my insurance information, and they confirmed that my insurance was accepted and that the doctor was a provider. Based on this confirmation, I scheduled today’s appointment and spent about 20 minutes filling out their intake forms. I saw Dr. Alexander Knezevic MD , For the first time after not having been examined by any eye doctor after having my cataract surgery five years ago. I was very pleased that his office arranged for my appointment within a few days. I was concerned about my eye house after not having any eye examination for five years. The office is really nice. There’s also an eye vision store in the office, which makes it probably easier for Patients to get their eyeglass prescription prescriptions filled. I was there because my doctor had made an appointment for me to get my eye. That was three weeks old looked at and drained by this team and I was seen for all of like five minutes and told to come back in three weeks remind you I’m getting married and we’re taking photos and I expressed that to my doctor and if there’s anything you do, I was already do... read more
