The nurse was very rude, kept asking what arm I wanted my shot on and then said I asked buttocks. Made me question her ability to obtain the correct medication for injection and she was very short with me. She literally asked me and my husband 4 separate time where we wanted the injection and got wrong each time she repeated it back to us. Also for a simple b12 injection we have gotten there before it has never hurt so much especially with a stinging long lasting effect.
Came in to see the doctor due to an issue i was having. But it turns out that the doctor was not going to be at the location until1630. Which is a really long wait and alot of people even left for the same reason. I asked if they were sure about the time and they put on a confused face and replied i dnt know. Came back the next day and the same thing. This place is horrible. They open with no doctor.
Dr. Luis T was absolutely amazing and incredibly attentive when we needed care for our toddler while visiting the LA area. Coming from San Diego, it was such a relief to find a doctor who treated our child with such kindness, patience, and expertise. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made us feel completely at ease during a stressful situation.
