My husband and I were *gently* starting to look at houses in May, wondering if it was a good time to upgrade with the great APR rates, etc. We wanted to look at a home, and connected with Susanna via Zillow. We saw 3 houses our first day with her, and we were very impressed. Even during COVID times, she was thorough and managed to do her job effortlessly while obeying the ever-changing guidelines.
