DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! I booked them and carefully confirmed. I was moving into an apartment with a tile floor and wanted the floor cleaned brow the furniture and boxes arrived. When they were late, I started calling to ask when they would be arriving. I called for 4 straight hours and got rude receptionist who told me they had to speak to a manager, then kept me waiting until I hung up and tried again. I am renting out my condo and the rental agent suggested I use Gerald to refinish the parquet floor. I'm really glad I did. The price was very fair and the floor came out looking even better than new. He was knowledgeable, professional and fast. Two other contractors told me it would take at least three days; He completed the job in one day! You can't go wrong with his service.

These guys really went the extra mile for us on our remodel. Such a great experience! Gerald made delivery and installation fast and had excellent customer service. Will definatley be reffering friends and family to Los Angeles Marble and Tile Polishing.
