These apartments are great for college students. It is a great neighborhood that is within walking distance to many stores and a park. The fact that they are fully furnished made it easy and affordable to live in as well. Dean and Andrea were amazing at keeping in touch and helping us with anything that we needed. I would highly recommend anyone to live here!

Dean, Andrea, and the maintenance team are very helpful and responsive. The included furniture and layout of the apartment are very nice, too. Overall, great for LMU students, not too far from campus!
I really liked living in these apartments. It’s safe and pretty affordable for the area. Dean and Andrea are fantastic and always a phone call away. If you need maintenance Jaimie is on site during the week and is always friendly and willing to help. I would recommend a friend, especially to LMU students looking for safe, clean, and quiet off campus housing!
