I needed spare keys and I sought out the cheapest option – the local hardware store. They seemed to work fine at first, but 3 months down the line, one of the keys broke in the lock. It came as quite a shocker! The pieces were firmly lodged inside the lock, no other spare would work on it and I was locked out of my own apartment. I wasn’t sure what lock I needed, a friend suggested going the old-fashioned way and using a padlock, whereas a neighbor recommended getting a deadbolt installed. Professionalism at its best! From the way the call was handled to the technician’s arrival to installing the locks, everything was carried out in near-perfect manner. It was an absolute pleasure working with these guys from Los Angeles Emergency Lock & Safe. I asked them to make a house call at 10 pm since that was when I shut shop and was available at home. Thank you Los Angeles Emergency Lock & Safe. I read online on their site https://www.LosAngelesEmergencyLockAndSafe.com that they offered security audits and was curious to try it out. Turns out, I’ve been living under a false sense of security all these years. The consultation came in free and I was charged nominally for the upgrades and repairs. Definitely feel like my home security has gone up a notch. Do you live in Los Angeles? If so, you must give them a call!!!

Can’t thank Gary enough. He was right on time, even though I’d requested help past midnight. He managed to unlock the car door in a trice and rescued Oscar, my cat. Highly-recommend Los Angeles Emergency Lock & Safe! And they were gracious enough to not levy any extra charges for the late night service.
