I called several times I left messages and didn't get any response yet the automated can hardly understand, sound very low and talk fast please change.
This morning a doctor from west valley called me up to give me the name and phone number of another patient. No idea why, pretty sure they are not supposed to be giving out private information like that... but it happened. Last week I was connected directly to a random patient when I called in to speak with a doctor. If you are doing phone consults with West valley, make sure you use some sort of verification process to make sure it is a doctor and not me on the other end of the line!
This place is so unprofessional, I had an 8am phone appointment with a "Lewis Murrllo" on 1-13-22 Thursday. He was supposed to call me but he never did so I called him. The receptionist was nice but had difficulty transferring my call to his extension. Once Mr. Lewis Murrllo finally answerd my call the 1st thing he said to me was "WHO IS THIS AND WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT" then hung up the phone...
West Valley Mental Health Center (WMHC) needs to restructure the center with a responsible leader who is accountable for the facility's performance. WMHC ratings are embarrassing and deplorable. The culture of an organization starts with the leader, and Dr. Bunch is one of the center supervisors. I was offended and insulted by Dr. Bunch's demeanor, who greeted me with a full-blown laughter when I complained about one worker who has incessantly hanging up on me when I asked of her name, should be fired.
