The best part about working in DMH is the contribution you’re making to society; especially if your providing direct services in psychiatric, or case management treatment. The worst part working for LACDMH is the politics being, bullied, harassed, intimidated, professionally undervalued, not honored or respected for the license you hold. The successful employee in this toxic environment is either from a protected class of discrimination or go along to get along attitude with everyone you work with.
