A little small for a convention like anime expo, also not an area to be out after dark. Food options limited. Expansion would help by opening the hallways wider

Very spacious and courteous staff. I visit yearly for Anime Expo each summer and it's fun to wander around and enjoy what's offered.
It’s always clean, yet busy. Not a lot of people understand that, went to AX yesterday and the AC was on and let me tell you, that felt so damn good! Especially with all the bodies in there! 5 stars for me!
I am loving Anime Expo here. Great space for all the exhibiting and rooms for the events.
Great place to do events
A venue this large needs a drop-off and pick-up zone! What is more absurd is that your architects designed two of these areas, one on the north side of Pico and another on the south fronting Grand... but these are gated off! And I'm just a private citizen! What about taxi cabs and ride hailing services? Are we supposed to just stop in the middle of the street! You need to fix this!
