These guys are terrible. They don't communicate when they say they will. I'm always following up with them. They already like to play "hot potato" with you when you walk in. Nobody wants to help, instead they pass you around. Zero customer service skills or sense of urgency here. Also, they charge an arm and a leg for everything (like most dealerships, I guess). Very disappointing.
