My mom felt nervous going to the center however the staff and technician made my mom feel comfortable. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process.
Dr Ziai is excellent. I have a challenging condition of permanent facial paralysis from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, caused by the Shingles Virus. Dr Ziai is seeing me through. He is patient, caring, explains options with clarity and is a specialist in this specific condition. I feel lucky to be under his care. We are more than three years in this process of healing and are now setting up surgery.
