NRG used to be my heating and air conditioning company until they busted through a wall putting a new thermostat in which I didn't even ask for and was too small for the area. They don’t pay their sub contractors. We did a rush job for them and have been given the run around for over a month to get payment.
All their phone numbers go to a call center. They are no accepting services at this time. Manufacturer of my HVAC won't honor warranty unless the installing company services it.
