I went there this weekend to get my chainsaw serviced which I bought from them , I called prior to coming to see if they were busy and check on pricing the person I spoke to sounded very friendly and suggested I just come and it shouldn’t be a problem as my issues was just a loose chain. I feel bad for the employees that work there. They're doing their job just not getting guidance. The place has lots of chemicals, hard mats and, bad managing. Greg is awful at what he does. Angela is'nt bad but you suck Greg.

I love this hardware store. They always have what we need, and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. They offer help before you ask. Very friendly staff. We travel a little further to come here because we know they will be helpful and friendly. Very nice. Jay and Don Pominville.

Had Owyhee come out to service my heating and cooling units. He stated that he checked the elements. He charged me $194.00. He did not clean out the furnace or any lubrication of the fan unit. He threw a filter in next to the furnace, he did not even change it. I say do not use this service or buy their products with this work ethic. Maybe this is just how they do business.

Was sent to this location to rent a car hauler by the U-Haul controller. After not being able to confirm the information the U-Haul main office and the website already confirmed they still were arrogant enough to not feel comfortable to let me rent anyting. Obviously judging by the towing company vehicles outside renting is not beneficial to business. the tool inside with the Bluetooth hanging out of his ear knew better. Because of people like this there are only a handful of True Values around.

This is my number one choice for any Home Hardware needs. I get good customer service, and yesterday even though they had technically closed they still honored my request to have a couple of keys made. They're trying to change the website to show the 6 p.m. closing.

Worst customer service interaction I have ever had the privilege of being apart of. I bought 2 sink faucets from True Value a month ago with the intention of replacing the current ones I have in my house. Instead of replacing them I just cleaned them up and decided to return the ones I bought. Unfortunately they were past the 15 day return policy of the store, which I understand is a fault on me.
