Long-time customer who is usually very pleased with her orders, but am reviewing with 1 star because of the absolutely horrendous service I received on my last visit. I placed a to-go order, and from the very start the young lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I was quoted a wait of 10 minutes for my food, so I drove over and waited a total of almost 40 minutes, only to have to turn around because they had forgotten to give me over half my order!
