I gave 2 stars! I complained about the harsh lights in my eyes, it's brightness was more than I couldn't handle more light in my left eye. The doctor took it personal, like I was attacking her credentials! I would never go back, it was a waste of my time!
Dr. Lombardi is amazing. She was very thorough in her explanation both pre and post op. She made sure I understood every aspect of the procedure and I couldn't be happier! Totally painless and almost volunteered to get the other eye done! Staff was amazing, friendly and I couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Dr. Lombardi is seriously the best, I won’t take my eyes to be seen by anyone else! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and even willing to explain the science behind how your eyes work, if you’re interested at all. It’s so nice to see someone who just loves their field of work, is an expert on it, and also wants to help their patients at the same time.
She changed my life, and I will never forget it. I went to my college's eye drs, many places that gave the same lame advice to 'warm compress' and steroid myself constantly for blepharitis. I can't even express in this how grateful I am to Dr L for her thinking outside the box and not following the typical routine. And finally alleviating my 12 years of suffering. Only a tiny bit of medicine, and I'm able to wear contacts again, not be in pain, and have a decent quality of life. Best dr I've ever seen in my life.
