This office and this provider need work on people skills. My daughter was booked for a hospital follow up, she was 6 minutes late and they would not see her. I have called to speak to the manager who assured me that the medication that my daughter needed would be refilled for her and guess what it still is not! My daughter is leaving this practice and I urge all people to seek out other healthcare as this office does not seem to care about there patients.
I've been going to Lori since they moved to The Ridge. She has been great. She's very kind, doesn't rush and is very thorough. If you don't like going to the doctor, you won't mind going to see Lori, very friendly, helpful environment.
