Very inconvenient to manage prescriptions, they are trying to maximize the profit by only giving one dose at the time, when they previously were able to send three doses of fleas and ticks prevention medication. Written prescription is 3-5 days and you need to go pick it up they refuse to email it. Doctors are good but pharmacy processes can be improved.

Rather odd.. I went in for one $60 vaccine and got a 300 estimate? The wellness exam consisted of checking his heartbeat and ears for $25, I guess that's somewhat worth it, but a bit of a stretch to call it a "wellness exam." I got 2 vaccines for 150 and even paid 10 for waste management. One vaccine was oral, what waste occurred? Throwing the syringe away? Idk... but proximity is the only reason I'll return. I started bringing my cats here a couple of years ago because the clinic was highly rated, and for a long time I had a positive experience. Even after seeing more negative reviews following the sale of the practice, I kept coming because I wanted one vet office to know my cats’ history and provide long-term care. Well it was my first time in the office staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was only a 1 hr and 30 min validated any thing after is a visitor cost so be prepared for that. Doctor was friendly and polite informative other vets I had each a different experience very pricey though outside of that it was a pleasant clean environment
