Lack of communication from their team is unacceptable.
This clinic is awful now. The front desk staff is the absolute worst. Can’t answer simple questions, no empathy what so ever. They act inconvenienced and the turn over is exhausting. Their 4.1 rating is accurate. Many other clinics are so much better!
Do not bring your pet here – I wish I had paid attention to the other reviews warning me, before I took my cat there and she died due to their negligence. After some health concerns and bringing my kitty in, I was emailing and calling them for weeks with very little response and got so frustrated I gave up. By the time they finally responded via text message, it was too late, and she died in their office when they drew her blood.
