Amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this clinic. Friendly front staff. Easy to make an appointment. Fast service. Helpful nurse and doctor. So very thankful for their help. They have vaccine clinics and kittie adoptions.
The Worst Experience of My Life If I could give zero stars, I would. This clinic’s negligence killed my 11-year-old Chihuahua, Penelope. She was brought in for what should have been a simple dental check. Instead, without performing a proper oral exam or waiting for her lab results, the vet injected her with Convenia — a long-acting antibiotic contraindicated for animals with seizures. Worst run office I've ever been to! Someone checked me in when I showed up for appt. Then 35-40 minutes later my cell phone rings and the person who checked me in asked if I was going to be able to show up for my pet's appt! I said "hello, I'm here". Still waited another 1/2 hour before they came to get my pet and another 20 minutes or so til they brought him back. Waited for a week to get the test results -- nothing. $300 later after an ear cleaning and nail trim And my dog won’t stop shaking his head and can’t walk straight. Called 4 times today and they won’t answer or return calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE THEY WILL HARM YOUR PET AND IGNORE CALLS.
Rachel Stone is an exceptional hospital administrator that literally makes Shane Veterinary is an absolute blessing to anybody that has a pet!! They are a five star veterinary clinic!! How many time I come here with my dog, my rabbit they save them from whatever issue they're going through. Rachel personally saved my German Shepherd from Paraphimosis! She is our Angel!! The staff is amazing from front desk & beyond!
