I brought my foster cat here, Shane is clearly a very animal-focused clinic, with drop off rescue kittens for adoption and I wasn’t the only patient with a foster cat (who they donate their services to). Staff was friendly and clinic clean (and busy!). So appreciative of this help for these animals in addition to our pets!
I had to go to this place because my rescue used them, but I can’t even describe how poor an experience I’ve had. My dog was taken in for routine neutering and was kept in a crate from 7am until 5pm when he was finally taken in for surgery (he was the last one of the day, even though I asked if it was at all possible to have him be done earlier because I live all the way on the east side). Love my experience at Shane Vet. My dog Dwight is now 8 years old and we’ve been to many difference vets in the area and we finally feel the most comfortable here and that we are getting the best care by Veterinarians, who actually care!
Every time I go to Shane’s they are super customer. Focused! And they are so good with my dogs! They are great at explaining the options for courses of treatment and then letting me choose what will work for our life. Love that!
